All our Beef is sourced from local Norfolk Farms.  The beef is matured to a minimum of 21days.

Gloucester Old Spot, British Lop and British Saddleback are supplied by our very own farm in Smallburgh so we take their welfare and preparation personally. Reared on drug free and low protein diets the pork produced is succulent and flavoursome. We support a farmer in West Beckham who also produces Gloucester Old Spot to our high standards.


The marshes and pastures of the Norfolk Broads brings out the sweet and tender meat that our Southdown Sheep are famous for. We produce the majority of this from our spring lamb flock at our farm in Smallburgh. 

Poultry and Free Range Chicken

The welfare of our produce is at the very heart of our ethos. We stock barn reared chickens and cuts from both South Norfolk and Suffolk. We stock Sutton Hoo Free Range Chicken, this traditional breed is a slow growing chicken on Suffolk meadows; grown on average for 10 weeks and 25% longer than standard free range Chickens.


We pride ourselves on the quality of our sausages and we only mince once which keeps them as meaty as possible. We ensure that all our sausages have a minimum of 85% pork and they are encase in completely natural skins. We have around 12 different flavours and have won Battle of the Bangers twice with our award winning Olde English. We also produce a low fat “skinny Sausage” using leg of pork for minimal fat content.  These are normally made to order, so please get in touch if this of interest.


We offer the finest of dry-cured Bacon; unsmoked or smoked in cuts such as Streaky, Back and Collar.  The smoking is done using oak and beech chips, smoking them overnight or for longer.


Your barbeque would not be complete without our fantastic meat selection. We offer racks of ribs in a variety of sauces, alongside our renowned home-made beef burgers and sausages. A brilliant addition to any BBQ. We offer Baby Back Ribs, King Ribs, Chicken Kebabs, Minty Lamb Kebabs, Chicken Portions, handmade Steak Burgers, Pork & Apple Burgers, Minty Lamb Burgers, Louisianna Steak Burgers as well as Tennessee Steak Burgers.  We stock a huge variety of marinades such as Chinese, BBQ, Bombay, Hot & Spicy, Ginger Chilli and Lime, Sweet & Sour, Southern BBQ, Garlic Butter, Cajun, Caribbean Jerk, Mexican Madness, Salt & Lampong Pepper, Lemon Pepper andSweet Chilli.  Soft local Bakery rolls are a permenant fixture in our shop now too, perfect for that hotdog or double stack burger!
