Just a brief note to pass on some very positive comments that we've been receiving on our food and, more relevantly, your meat. My staff have been deliciously surprised and pleased by the number and variety of diners saying 'that's the best steak, best gammon, tastiest meat that we've ever eaten'.
This is really good news for all of us here and is certainly helping to get our business moving forward. Our approach to the kitchen is to source the best meat that I can get and not fanny about with it too much, letting the product taste like the product. All I have to do is not balls it up and great plates of meat are sent out!

"You have one very happy customer here. The meat arrived safely this morning and it was beautifully packed. You certainly made it easy for me to process it all. The sirloin looks great and we shall have that with the family on Sunday. We are having the pork pie for lunch-just as good as ever and I have a rack of lamb in the oven now for dinner. I have made my meatballs and the steak and kidney pies are all prepared. The gammon looks great, can't wait to cook it but need a space in the oven at the moment!
