Tavern Tasty rare breed pork is produced on our own farm at Smallburgh in Norfolk. The predominent breeds used are Gloucester Old Spot, British Lop and British Saddleback. The pigs are fattened on a drug free & low protein diet which allows them to slowly mature producing succulent & flavoursome pork which when cooked gives crackling to die for. Gloucester Old Spot pigs are also sourced from a farmer at West Beckham, near Sheringham in Norfolk.
