We are extremely proud of our range of sausages. Minced only once to ensure that the final product has texture combined with the juiciness and succulence obtained from rare breed pork. These sausages are an absolute delight and are served best either fried or oven baked. The 12 different varieties that we offer are all handmade, and in August 2010 were ranked in the top 20 sausages in the UK as nominated by www.sausagefans.co.uk
